The 10 Best Micro Galaxy Squadron Ships Released in 2024

I wish I could get my hands on it to display! Even though it’s a repaint, the only reason I’ve placed it so low on the list is because, being an event figure, it’s extremely difficult and expensive to acquire. But it’s a great figure that shows Jazwares is putting their heart into the line.

When this ship arrived, all I could say was “wow.” The ship’s sculpting is excellent; however, two things make it stand out: 1) The ship is playable; and 2) You can display it right in the packaging and it looks fantastic. The only downside is the price: $30 is double the price of other ships of its size.

I know this will be controversial, but I think it’s a great option for the price ($40 for a collectible). It includes several figures (including an AT-ST with Endor livery), and I think the packaging and interior design are very clever. One downside is that it’s a Vault product, so it’s not available to everyone.

I know this ship came out several years ago. However, due to supply chain issues at Jazwares, almost no one was able to get their hands on it at the time. But in 2024, we were surprised to find it in Ross stores at discounted prices, allowing many fans to acquire it with the same excitement as if it were a brand-new release.

The color. The size. The fact that the wings rotate on their axis just like in the series. That it includes Ahsoka, Sabine, and Huyang. Its only downsides are the price (it’s a bit more expensive than other ships) and its size: You’ll need a good-sized place to display it.

While the ship is spectacular, I can’t rank it higher because it suffered from the same distribution problems as other ships. The first images appeared in New Zealand; then we saw it in some stores in California and a few other limited locations in the United States. But one day Jazwares surprised us with the news that it would be available at the Vault store. Perhaps we’ll see it arriving at Ross stores next year.

This figure could be in third place, however, it’s not as popular a ship as the others. When I bought this figure, the first thing that surprised me was the size: I didn’t expect it to be so big. The second thing that surprised me was the level of detail hidden beneath the main panel. The third was that it included Darth Maul’s Speeder, Darth Maul himself, and Qui-Gon Jinn. And the fourth is the price, very affordable. Its only drawback, like with other figures, is that it’s a Target exclusive, so it’s difficult to find outside the United States. A shame.

Another controversial one, but I absolutely loved the design! It fits the Ghost perfectly, and the Kennan Jarus figure is very well sculpted and painted. This is a real toy I would give to a boy or girl to introduce them to the world of Star Wars ships.

I was going to put this vehicle as the best figure of 2024, since it’s one of my favorites because it has everything going for it: It perfectly recreates what we’ve seen in the movies and series; it’s easy to find; and it has a lot of playability; it fits 20 Clone Troopers; it includes Rex; in short, everything is in its favor. There’s only one ship that could beat it:

The Best ship of 2024Series 6 brought us some excellent ships. One of them was the Ghost. What makes this ship different is its size; the attention to detail in every space; the docking mechanism for the Phantom I and II; the docking mechanism for any other ship with an Astrodroid slot; the fact that it lets you get the chase and rare microfigures of Sabine Wren and Hera Syndulla; and finally, that it’s currently on sale at Walmart and you can get it for just $15! A total steal!

There’s also an Amazon version, but the price is quite high, so my vote goes to the regular version.
